Product Features
SELF-SHIELDED
- E71T-GS is an all-position, single-pass, flux cored welding wire designed to weld carbon steel. The unique quality of this product is that you do not have to use a shielding gas.
MODERATE TO LOW SPATTER
- This E71T-GS flux cored wire produces smooth arc action, low spatter. The bead appearance is not equal to a gas-shielded product.
WIDE APPLICATIONS
- Typical applications include butt, lap and fillet welds, works well on rusty, dirty and painted Material, Excellent for outdoor windy conditions. Wires that do require gas run the risk of wind blowing the gas away, ultimately resulting in porosity.
Safety Cautions
- Please don't weld in a wet place.
- Please don't weld in place where is easy to catch fire.
- When using the welding machine, always turn the ventilation fan or open the windows for ventilation.
- "Leather gloves" and "welding surface" are necessary. Wearing leather gloves can not only protect your hands from sparks and hot metal, but also prevent electric shock.
- Please wear cloths with long sleeves, long pants or leather aprons to avoid the danger of hot metal particles flying up and sticking to the skin and causing burns.
